In addition, instructors can add resources and various types of practice activities, as a way to enhance the learning experience of students.

One of the best things about Needfocus is that you can login to your account from virtually anywhere, whenever you want, and access your courses easily.

Can I preview a course before purchasing?

Yes, you can preview a course and review key information before purchasing by clicking the more info button.

How do I create a course?

Simply login to your business account, head on the the content section and click on the creat icon to create a course.

Do I have to start or complete my course by a certain time?

There are no deadlines to begin or complete a video based course. However, there are specific times to login for interactive sessions and training.

Do I receive anything after I complete a course? Is Needfocus an accredited institution?

Every approved, paid course features a certificate of completion to document your accomplishment. While Needfocus is not an accredited institution, we offer skills-based courses taught by experts in their field.

How do I pay for a course?

Payment for Needfocus courses is through Paystack or Needfocus' Nigeria Bank account depending on your account country and location.

Can I change or exchange my course?

Our system is not set up to exchange one course for another.
